Slice of Life 2/27

Last semester, one of my professors had the class keep a journal and we would write in it for 10 to 12 minutes every morning. When I started interning full time I kept up my journal every morning. I like to do my journal everyday because it helps me clear my mind and prepare for the day. There's always a lot going on in my life and being able to put it on paper is relaxing. 

Today during my journal time it started snowing. The whole class was excited to see the snow. At first there were only a few flurries sprinkling the grass but soon it grew. I always like the snow because in Texas we don't get much. Snow always causes us to slow down we look out of the window and think. During my journal time i thought about my plans for the weekend, what my family was doing in the snow in Arlington and just sat in awe of its beauty. Its nice to see something as simple as frozen water change the surface of earth as it accumulates.
